Returns and Exchanges from the U.S. and Abroad

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

➔ The gown must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer unless it is due to an error or defect from our side.
  
  
• Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
